How to get there:
Děčín is located on the railway line between Dresden and Prague. The castle is approximately 2 km from the train station.

From airport ✈️: From Prague Airport (Terminal 1/2) take the Airport Express (AE) bus directly to Prague Main Train Station (Praha hlavní nádraží). The ride takes about 35–45 minutes. Tickets cost CZK 100 (~4 €) and can be bought from the driver or online.
From Prague Main Train Station, take a direct train to Děčín. Trains depart roughly every hour and the price is about CZK 200–250 (~8–10 €). You can buy tickets online (https://www.cd.cz/en/default.htm) or at the ticket counter at the main station.

From Děčín railway station by foot 👣: Turn left onto Práce Street, continue along the embankment along the Elbe River – it is about 1.7 km and takes ~20 minutes.

From railway station by bus 🚌: Bus 201, 202, 214, 438, 450 - departures every few minutes (~3 min ride; price 20 CZK), final station is Děčín, Tyršova
